Bipolar depression keeping you from exercise?

A complaint I hear a lot is that people feel too depressed to exercise, even though they know it’d help relieve some of the symptoms of bipolar depression.

I know those awful feelings of depression all too well, so I can totally sympathize. I’m not about to beat you up with one of those “make yourself do it” speeches. We all know it’s not about willpower. (You know that, right?)

So I hope this comes as wonderful news to you — there are yoga exercises you can do in bed or on the couch or wherever that can alleviate many of your symptoms very quickly. Within minutes.

You barely have to move.

You don’t need much energy to carry out these simple yoga techniques. If you have the energy to lift a finger to pick your nose, there’s enough life in you to do these simple exercises.

You don’t even have to believe they will work. They work anyway.

I’ll tell you exactly how to do them in Yoga for Bipolar Disorder, so please sign up for news releases by subscribing to the mailing list from the form in the sidebar.

I’m still recording, but this yoga product should be finished very soon.

I use a 2-stage subscription process to cut out spammers, so once you subscribe please check your email and click the link you find there to confirm your subscription.

Best wishes for an enjoyable Thanksgiving!
